Are Tickets Legitimate?
Yes, all of our tickets are official premium tickets and hospitality packages for live events.
We only use verified official suppliers and work directly with them to make sure all of our packages come with guaranteed entry to any event and fixture

When Are Tickets Sent Out?
All tickets are sent out no later than 24 hours before an event. Some may be sooner depending on the event type.
E-Tickets will be sent directly to the email provided upon booking. Physical tickets will be posted to your chosen address although the majority of tickets are sent via E-Ticket or to your ticketing account.

Can I Cancel A Booking?
All tickets and bookings are non refundable once payment has been made.

Can I Change A Name on A Booking?
To request a name change to a booking this must be done at least 72 hours before an event and emailed to info@victoriakatehospitality.com along with your full name and order number.
